What is the meaning of Direct Selling Company/ Industry?
Direct Selling means the marketing of consumer products/services directly to the consumers generally in their homes or the homes of others, at their workplace and other places away from permanent retail locations, usually through explanation or demonstration of the products by a direct seller.

K-LINK INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. started its business in year 2000.
How can I buy K-Link products other than online?
K-LINK products can get from Distributors. Members can get through Stockist, Super Stockist and Delivery Agents or branches
What is K-Link's Health concept?
K-Link total health concept is ABCD, read as CLEANSING, BALANCING, ACTIVATING and DEFENDING.
- CLEANSING – This first step serves to expel harmful toxins out of our physical system.
- BALANCING – This is the second step whereby, nutrients are introduced to the body to achieve a state of balance.
- ACTIVATING – Nutrients are introduced to the body for the cells to normalize.
- DEFENDING - This is the stage in which the body builds up its immune system and increases its natural defense.
Can the distributor register more than once?
No. A distributor should maintain only ONE account. The Company has the right to cancel/terminate if any other account maintained by a distributor.
What's meant by Buy Back Policy in K-LINK?
Buy Back Policy takes effect from the date of purchase by the distributor for a valid period of 90 days. Beyond this period, the Company bears no responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the company shall deduct from the reimbursable amount, the bonuses paid and a service and delivery fee amounting to 10% of the distributor price of the product sold. The balance due shall be paid by cheque to the respective distributor.
When and how will I be getting my commission/ bonus payment?
Commission on the business done in a calendar month will be paid as per the marketing plan before the 25th of the succeeding month by way of Cheque or online Transfer as per the Distributor choice. Any commission less than 500/- is paid in form of cash voucher.
How can I place an order at K-LINK?
Choose the product that you wish to purchase, click on "Buy Now" and proceed with checkout button make the online payment. Soon, you would receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order and shipment details.
Only members can buy the order through online. Non members have to send their queries/ order which will be addressed by the customer care/ marketing team.
Do I need to register for doing shopping through K-LINK?
Yes, before you shop anything from K-LINK, you are required to register with us. The registration details will help us to communicate with you in future.
How much secure is K-LINK online Shopping?
K-LINK ensures the safety and security of your credit card details, as we are using latest encryption technology to protect your order and card details. Privacy and security of your details is our prime concern.
How can I make payment for the product?
We only accept online payments. You may pay through credit card, Debit card or Internet banking.
How long it would take to deliver the product after the payment has been made?
We deliver the product within 7 days of transaction or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by logging into My Account.
How to cancel the order?
The Customer will be allowed to cancel the order by Telephonic Communication to the Customer care Department mentioning the UNIQUE ID of Payment Receipt/Invoice and K-LINK will confirm by return email or by return SMS to the registered Hand Phone of the Customer.
If your order cancellation is too late the customer is advised to cancel the order using the Freepost return Label enclosed with the Consignment. Further you can logon to your account and follow the return Process in ONLINE. Once the goods are received by the K-LINK the Product Return number will be sent to the Registered Hand phone as well to the email and the refund process will be done.
What is the procedure for damage goods or lost?
For the Products not received in Good Condition the customers are advised not accept the goods and in the POD of Courier slip. The damaged goods a detail has to be quantified and the Courier will return such goods to K-LINK. Further the customer can Call Customer Care department and inform the damaged goods details mentioning the UNIQUE ID of Payment Receipt/Invoice. K-LINK either will replace the goods by sending another consignment or initiate the refund process. Further Registered Complaint Number will give over phone as well by SMS to the Registered Mobile of the Customer for future reference.
If the goods are not delivered within the timeframe, what is the necessity step to take?
K-LINK will intimate the CITI Bank the reason for non delivery of Goods and advice the Bank to refund the money to the Customer immediately. The Refund Advice generated by the Bank will be sent to the Customer to their registered Hand Phone Number.
The track records of such failures from K-LINK will be analyzed and appropriate remedial measures Will be taken to curtail such incidents, unless otherwise the reason due to Transport Strike, natural calamity which are beyond the control of the K-LINK.
